Where do I start?
- You copy the same data by hand between email, Excel and accounting. Automations → from CHF 1’200

Automations
A workflow that moves data between the programs you already use, on its own. It works behind the scenes: it doesn’t talk to your clients.
Example: Order paid on the site → shipping label ready and invoice in bexio, without touching anything.

Your company’s site, built and kept in order by me. Pay a monthly fee with everything included, or buy it outright and run it yourself.
Example: From a single page to a 7-page showcase site. Bookings and payments are added separately, through an automation or an eCommerce build.

An assistant that answers your clients in writing, using your information, on the channel you choose: WhatsApp Business, email or site chat. When it doesn’t know, it hands the conversation to you.
Example: “Are you open Saturday?” at 10pm → an instant reply, with the right hours.

A technician for PCs, phones, data and the office network. One-off jobs, no contract.
Example: Data recovery from a broken disk, a new PC set up, the office network redone.

What's included and prices →Automation or customer assistant? The automation moves data between your programs. The assistant talks to your clients. They often work together: the assistant collects the request, the automation prepares the quote.

Maintenance: after the project, I look after it
Each subscription covers something different, so you never pay twice for the same work. They only add up if you have more than one thing to keep an eye on, for example the site and two automations.

Already included in the site's monthly fee, with the shown for each tier; I handle hosting, domain and renewals. If you bought the site outright, from year two: "Hosting and domain renewal" at CHF 240 a year.

Unused hours don't roll over to next month; extra ones are billed at the hourly rate. The site's monthly fee includes the same checks, updates and report as Care Base.
Hourly work
Just need some time? Single hours or prepaid packs
For edits and work on sites, automations and assistants, outside a project or beyond the included hours. 4 hours minimum; the more hours you prepay, the less each one costs. For PCs and the network, the IT Support page's rates apply.

- No VAT: I’m below the Swiss threshold. The price you see is the price you pay.
- “From”
- This is the price of the smallest tier. It rises with the number of pages, automations or channels. I fix the exact price in writing before I start.
- Subscriptions
- No minimum commitment: cancel any time, effective end of month.
- Site bought outright
- The first year of and is included. From year two, choose: “Hosting and domain renewal” at CHF 240 a year, or I hand over the code and domain and you run it yourself, at no cost. With a monthly plan, I handle hosting, domain and renewals.
